Introduction and Testimony
Greetings. I'm Robert Locke. Thanks for taking the time to watch this video. I want to introduce you to a friend of mine, Anne Hook. Anne Hook is with Keller Williams, but Anne Hook is the widow of a client of mine in Tennessee that we were consulting with through 2019 and 2020.
David probably got COVID, ended up with rashes on his body and vision impaired, and went to Mayo Clinic trying to get it figured out. Couldn't figure it out, and they had a funeral for him a couple of months later.
Client Consultation and Sale
Since I was a consulting client for them, Anne used me to help her sell her management company. Here's her testimony. "From the day Robert and I first spoke, he had an executive summary of our management company within a week. He had multiple buyers showing interest within another week and several formal letters of intent. The offer we took was more than we were asking for the company, and the closing took place within three weeks.
Total time from start to finish was five weeks. I'm thrilled with the process, the price, and the speed with which it took to close." Sometimes you can close a smaller company in six to eight weeks. This one happened pretty quickly. David was only managing 200 properties, but he had everything in order. We were able to put an executive summary together very quickly.
I knew who buyers were that would buy her company. We were able to close it about five weeks after David passed away. So can't always do that. I'm not making any promises. Sometimes it takes four months.
I just wanted you to hear Anne's testimony. Thanks.
